Thomas and Company Pvt. Ltd. (TCPL) has a rich history of more than two decades in the in the construction industry in India and is one of the most respected contractors in North India. We have successfully completed a number of projects, which include Institutional Buildings, Corporate Office Complexes, Industrial Buildings, Schools, Religious buildings, Hotel etc.

We at Thomas and Company have a simple motto “We build to last” and rigorously adhering to this motto has helped us develop an enviable reputation in the construction industry for carrying out works of exceptional quality. This reputation is provided credence by our association with some of the leading architects and structural consultants of India such as Kanvinde Rai Chaudhary, Ashok B Lall, Jasbir Sawhney, Gherzi Eastern Ltd, Mohit Gujral, TEAM, M.R.Warerkar, SEMAC, SSA, KCKV Consultants, Livin Systems, Tandon Consultants, VINTECH etc.

Our client list is also enviable and include names such as ABB, Catholic Church of India, Deepalaya, JK group, JCB, Lifelong India, Neolite, NDDB, RMX JOSS, Rallis India (A TATA Group Company), Samtel, Sheela group, Shahi Exports, Triage India, Videocon etc. We are registered with the CPWD as a Class 1 contractor and are in the process of getting ISO 9001 - 2000, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:1999 certification.

Thomas and Company is managed and directed by a team of highly qualified engineers, led by the founder Mr. Thomas Mathew (MD). Our management team is a blend of seasoned veterans and highly qualified young achievers. Our management team also boasts of a strong presence of individuals of the fairer sex which is quite unique for the construction industry.

For the last two decades of our existence we have remained a medium sized construction firm, however in the new millennia fuelled by innovation and a zest for growth we aspire to transform ourselves into a construction conglomerate which is both vertically and horizontally integrated. In this quest we are implementing a host of new technologies and acquiring key resources.

We are also in the process of starting new verticals which include a sustainable construction firm, a construction management firm, a construction centric vocational education centre and a real estate wing. These measures would enable to us to maximise our potential and also enable us to generate new income streams.

We at Thomas and Company are rapidly evolving which has is given added thrust by our newly formed in-house research and development wing. We also develop and administer in-house training and CPD programmes which helps our employees to improve and develop their core competencies and skill sets.
