Nemus Infratech would be our foray in the still latent field of sustainable development. At Nemus we aspire to develop into a firm that would offer all kinds of construction related services pertinently required for developing truly environmentally conscious and sustainable buildings. The practices in place at Nemus would be far removed from that of conventional construction service providers as we would utilise environmentally conscious construction methods and with a strong impetus on having strict site based norms and guidelines in place.

Nemus Developers would be an offshoot of Nemus Infratech and would concentrate on developing sustainable and eco-friendly habitats. At Nemus we aspire to develop townships and hamlets which are truly green and are set in areas with vibrant flora and fauna far from the rough and tumble of urban life.

Thomasco Construction Management Services (TCMS) would be a TSP (Total Service Provider) and would offer end to end construction centric services. In this regard we have been developing alliances with firms offering different construction services at both local and international level.

Thomasco Educational Services Construction industry centric education is still at a nascent stage in our country. There exists a huge skill crunch in the industry largely due to the wide gap between the skills on offer and the actual skill requirement in the industry. At Thomasco Educational Services (TES) we would develop and administer CPD (Continuous Professional Development) programmes to working professionals within the construction industry thereby helping them refine their core competencies and skill sets and thus help reduce to the current skill crunch in the industry.
